Many of you have been asking what’s up next in 2018, and I’m excited to give you the scoop today.
To back up a bit, I decided to end The Painting Sessions in November because I felt a deep calling to recharge my own creative spirit. While I love sharing my process, I also know how important it is to fill my own artistic well in order to share from a truly authentic place.
So, for the past couple of months, I’ve given myself the space and time to simply paint and explore without any pressure to “create content.” Instead, I’ve just been painting for me. This weekend, I painted a six by thirteen-foot canvas, and it was so much fun!
Looking forward, I’ve been asking myself how to offer something that feels truly useful and inspiring for you, while also honoring my need for creative freedom, spaciousness and rest.
After much soul searching, I’ve come up with something that feels like the perfect solution. I’m calling it Real Time, and I made a little video (below) to give you the scoop.
It is such an honor to share my work with you, and I deeply appreciate your willingness to join me on this ever-unfolding journey. Just like the painting process itself, I never really know what’s around the next turn. I just know that listening to my heart and trusting the process is always the way to go.
