What are The Painting Sessions?

The Painting Sessions is an online offering featuring fresh videos to
demonstrate the creation of a new painting from start to finish. Professionally shot in my studio, the videos include
insightful guidance and reflections via voice-over guidance.

How are The Paintings Sessions different from Studio Diaries and the Bloom True E-Course?

Each monthly Painting Session focuses entirely on the creation of one new
painting from start-to-finish. 

The Bloom True E-Course offers five weeks of
in-depth teaching of my Brave Intuitive Painting, including daily prompts, creative exercises, interviews
with other artists, philosophy, and ways to incorporate what you learn into your life off the canvas.

Studio Diaries are available as monthly offerings (like a “mini E-Course”) or
as a Complete Set of Studio Diaries. Each month focuses on a particular theme intended to offer ongoing
inspiration and further exploration of the Brave Intuitive Painting process. Diaries include a series of painting
videos, creative exercises, “couch chats,” contributions from other artists, holistic health guidance and more.

How do I access The Painting Sessions?

To access your Painting
Sessions, please enter your email address and password generated when you purchased your
membership in the Login box
at the top of the website. Then select ‘My Account’ from the drop-down menu underneath your name. You’ll see your
Sessions waiting for you in the ‘My Online Content’ section.

If you lost your password, click the “Forgot Password” option to reset.

What do I need to participate in The Painting Sessions?

To access a Painting Sessions, you
will need to become a member or purchase an individual Session, and you will need a high-speed internet
connection to watch the videos.

If you want to paint along with me, I suggest starting with a basic set of acrylic paint, foam brushes, bristle brushes,
paper or canvas, a spray bottle, rags, a jar of water and some clothes you don’t mind getting
messy!

I haven’t painted before. Are The Painting Sessions for me?

Yes! The Painting Sessions are all about providing a ton of inspiration, while
offering a wide range of empowering tips and tricks appropriate for all levels of experience. If you’ve never
painted before, I guarantee you’ll want to dive right in after watching your first
Session!

I am already a professional artist. Are The Painting Sessions for me?

Yes! Even if you have been painting for years, this program will offer
fresh perspectives, new inspiration, and a connection to an online community of kindred creatives.

I’ve never participated in an online learning program before. How does it work? Do I need to be at my computer at a certain time? How long will I have access to The Painting Sessions?

You are welcome to enjoy your Painting Sessions anytime you are logged into your
account.

To login to your account, enter your email address and password generated when you purchased your membership in the Log In box at the top of my
website. Then select ‘My Account’ from the drop-down menu underneath your name. You’ll see your Sessions waiting for you
in the ‘My Online Content’ section.

When you purchase an individual Painting Session for $36 or purchased The
Complete Set of Painting Sessions, you will have access to the Session for
life.

How much time will it take me to watch each Session?

Each Painting Session will vary in length depending on how long it takes me
to finish the painting – there is no formula!

However, you can expect to see a series of 6 -12 videos with approximately 1-2 hours of total painting time. Please
note, the videos will be professionally edited and include sped up footage at times.

What if I have issues playing back the videos?

If you’re having trouble viewing a Painting Session
video or any video on the site for that matter:

  • Try turning off HD.
  • Confirm that your internet connection is strong and allow the videos to fully load before playing.
  • Check what version of browser and operating system you’re using: http://www.thismachine.info and try to update to the newest version
    that your hardware can support. Also, some browsers may not support the Vimeo Player (Older versions of
    Firefox and Internet-Explorer seem to be problematic    ). We’ve found Chrome and Safari to be the most
    stable.
  • Full-screen: Click on the four, tiny arrows next to the Vimeo logo to watch the video in full screen. You can
    use the escape button to return to the post.
  • iPads & tablets: You may need to install the free Vimeo App.
  • Lastly, sometimes a quick restart of your computer can solve many problems.

The site was designed from the ground up to be viewable
on a wide range of devices. This includes desktops, phones and tablets. However, there are some limitations.

Can I download The Painting Sessions to watch offline?

Great question! Currently, The Painting Sessions
are not downloadable, so you will need a good internet connection to watch them online.

Can I ask questions directly to Flora?

I will not be available for live
interaction. Please check out my FREE FLO community for live weekly
gatherings and a space to ask questions directly.
