ART SPA

Creative self-care sanctuary

ART SPA retreats are luxurious, care-centered, creativity-boosting gatherings where art meets rejuvenation and inspiration flows freely.

Held in my private light-filled Portland home and studio surrounded by magical gardens, ART SPA retreats are the most intimate and personalized gatherings I offer. Think of them as a five-day permission slip to play, create, unwind, and be lovingly pampered!

With only eight participants, these retreats are intentionally small, allowing everyone to feel truly seen, heard, and nurtured with personalized attention, deep connection, and abundant care.

Each day contains a soulful combination of intuitive painting, gentle movement, breathwork, massages, facials, gourmet organic farm-to-table meals, spacious time to enjoy the outdoor sauna, hot tub, and fire, and one-on-one guidance.

If you’re ready to pause, RECEIVE, and create with wild abandon in the company of kindred creatives, join us for ART SPA and claim this time just for YOU!

I’m still basking in our time together. It was the best retreat I’ve attended, and I talk about it with everyone! You have created something so special and sacred. I’ll be back. – Laura, October 2025 Art Spa participant

Imagine…

Waking up to nourishing and inspiring days devoted entirely to creative freedom, self-care, and connection.

Painting freely with no pressure, just pure expression and loving guidance.

Moving, breathing, and stretching into spaciousness.

Being held in a circle of kindred creatives, sharing laughter, insight, and stories.

Receiving spa treatments, gourmet food, and plenty of one-on-one guidance.

All to bring you back to what matters most: your art, your joy, your aliveness.

Art Spa is a place to bring your whole self to your creative life and find co-hearts along the way! I’m leaving feeling more relaxed, more inspired, and more clear on what I want from my “Life as Art.” – Tracie Hanson, July 2025 Art Spa participant

Questions and Answers

What’s the flow of each day like?

On the first day, we’ll arrive slowly with a soulful ceremony and a beautiful candle-lit welcome dinner. After that, each day will include freedom-centered painting sessions, open studio time, gentle breath and movement classes, flow writing prompts, delicious food, and nourishing self-care offerings. There will also be spacious time to just BE, connect, and rest.

Do I need painting experience?

This is a loving, judgment-free space designed for all levels where there are no mistakes and intuition leads the way. Beginners welcome! Come as you and leave with a full cup of inspiration and a rekindled sense of aliveness.

What kind of art will we be making?

We will be working on a series of experimental, mixed-media art pieces with a focus on authentic expression, moving emotions, becoming more brave, and connecting the dots between creativity and aliveness. The focus will not be on finishing one or two large canvases (that’s too much pressure). Instead, you will leave with a big bundle of fresh work and new approaches to keep you inspired long after the retreat. Think of it as a creative reboot.

Why only eight people?

I find intimate gatherings to be the most nourishing way to connect – easy on the nervous system, deep on connections, with lots of personal attention. Prepare to be pampered!
