FREE FLO

April 2026 Community Art Gathering

This 2-hour Community Art Gathering was originally shared live inside my FREE FLO community as part of our exploration of Layers.

In this class, layering becomes a practice in freedom, presence, and trust. Working on multiple small paintings at once reminds us we don’t have to get it “right.” In fact, paintings that evolve over time often become the most alive!

I hope this offering brings fresh inspiration and invites you to stay present with what’s unfolding, one layer at a time.

If you’d like more live classes and access to a rich replay library, I’m offering two months of free access to FREE FLO for my newsletter community.

Each week, we gather live on Zoom for intuitive painting, gentle movement, creative exploration, writing, breathwork, and meditation, along with guest teachers and ongoing creative prompts.

What I love most about FREE FLO is that it offers both structure and support—a reason to show up for your creativity, and a welcoming community to meet you there.

It’s also the only online space where I currently teach live, so if you’ve been curious, this is an easy way to step inside and see if it’s a fit.

Use this special link to enjoy two free months inside FREE FLO.

Note: This link works once. A credit card is required to access the trial, and you’ll be notified before any charges begin.

Supplies you’ll need for this gathering:

Large Watercolor Paper – If you don’t have watercolor paper and tape, no worries. Just be sure to have more than one surface to work on to account for drying time between layers.

Tape. My favorite: Yellow Tape

Gel Medium (for collage)

Foam Brush

Acrylic Paints

Pens, Colored Pencils, Markers

Translucent paints of your choice

Collage Papers
