In-Person Retreat
The Art of Aliveness
Pranburi, Thailand
Free your inner artist and connect to more aliveness in all areas of your life through a soulful blend of intuitive painting, cultural immersion, movement, writing, and creative play.
I spent a month in this part of Thailand earlier this year, and the moment I visited Villa Maroc, I knew I’d found our retreat home.
Set along a peaceful stretch of coastline often referred to as the “Thai Riviera,” this luxury Moroccan-inspired resort sits right on the warm waters of the Gulf of Thailand and is, without question, the most luxurious setting I’ve ever chosen for a retreat.
Across eight nourishing days, you’ll release perfectionism and rediscover your creative freedom through intuitive painting, flow writing, breathwork, mindful movement, and meaningful community connection. Between our creative sessions, there will be plenty of space to swim, wander the beach, linger over beautiful meals, indulge in a traditional hammam or spa treatment, and simply soak up the magic of this extraordinary place.
We’ll also venture beyond our seaside home to experience some of the beauty and culture of this quieter corner of Thailand, including a sacred traditional Thai opening ceremony, an outing to a festive local Saturday night beach market, and an inspiring excursion to sketch and gather local inspiration.
Come for the art, the connection, the warm sand between your toes, and the chance to experience Thailand from a truly spectacular home by the sea.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Retreats take months of planning, and when you say yes to a spot, we hold that space just for you. That's why our cancellation policy is built the way it is, and I want to be upfront with you about it before you commit.
Email teamlove@florabowley.com if you'd like to set up payments for your retreat spot.
- If you need to cancel
Please let us know in writing at teamlove@florabowley.com as soon as you know. We will do everything we can to fill your spot from our waitlist or through word of mouth. If we're able to fill your spot, you'll receive a refund of your retreat investment minus a $300 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued once the replacement participant has registered and paid in full.
If we're not able to fill your spot, no refund will be issued, so please only book when you're genuinely able to attend.
- Transferring your spot
If you're unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another person. Transfers must be approved by us in advance, and the new participant will need to complete all required registration forms and agree to the retreat terms and conditions.
Any exchange of payment between you and the person taking your spot is your responsibility. Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to request a transfer. Transfers may not be possible close to the retreat start date due to accommodations, transportation, dietary arrangements, or other logistical considerations.
- If we need to make changes or cancel
Life is unpredictable, and once in a while something bigger than any of us steps in—a natural disaster, public health concern, severe weather, government restrictions, or another circumstance beyond our control.
In these rare situations, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat as needed, including shifting dates, adjusting the venue, or modifying the itinerary. We will communicate any changes as quickly as possible.
If we need to cancel the retreat entirely, you will receive a full refund of all retreat payments made to us, or you may choose to transfer those payments to another available retreat.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for airfare, transportation, accommodations booked outside of the retreat, or other travel-related expenses affected by a cancellation or change.
- Travel insurance
Because travel plans can shift for reasons big and small, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including "cancel for any reason" coverage, as soon as you register. It's the best way to protect your investment and your peace of mind.
When choosing a policy, please make sure it provides the coverage that's right for you, including trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, and other unexpected circumstances.

TESTIMONIALS
Kind and
Inspiring Words.
“Flora and her team not only designed an experience that beautifully balanced interior exploration and cultural immersion; they held space for a quantum leap in my personal healing and transformation. This retreat is a perfect blend of the magic of Bali and the power of women gathering. I loved every minute.”
“The retreat went far beyond my expectations. I’ve returned feeling full, renewed, and deeply inspired. Flora is a teacher who holds space with grace and wisdom, creating an environment where women can reconnect with their essence and come alive again.”
“This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It is rare to find a teacher who can connect with others in such a powerful and inspiring way. I learned as much by observing the demos as I did through exploration on my own.”
“I was deeply moved during my stay, and it was the best retreat experience I’ve ever had. From my initial passage through your gate to our farewell circle, every inch was jam-packed with love, abundance, comfort, inspiration, beauty, creativity, and nourishment, and I received much more than I ever could have imagined. Your facilitation was masterful.”
“I consider Flora a soul sister, a fellow truth-teller, and deeply inspired seeker. She has a true gift for teaching, helping others to discover and unleash their unique creative voice. She also has an exceptional talent for gathering beautiful kindred spirits together, igniting connection and belonging.”
“Not only has Flora taught me how to put color on a canvas, she’s also taught me so many lessons about life: how to let go of what I *think* I need, how to take big, scary risks, and how to stay present and be open to what life might bring me. Her enchanting process is a gift to any creative who yearns for more, and it will leave you feeling both grounded in your present and fired-up for what’s to come.”
“Flora is a wise and gifted teacher and mentor. Her generous offerings nourish the heart, mind, body and spirit with grace and genuineness. I feel so fortunate to be connected to her and the amazing community she invites us to participate in. Thank goodness for the creative, heartfelt beauty of Flora Bowley.”
“After years away from making art, Flora has helped me rediscover the young girl in myself who always found joy and pleasure in drawing, building, and creating. She is a gentle and generous guide on the path of connecting deeply with oneself and discovering the tools to express this connection visually. What a treasure it is to have Flora Bowley as your teacher.”
